My role as a technical delivery project manager is a dynamic and multifaceted one, blending technical leadership with an empathetic, people-focused approach. Stakeholder Engagement is crucial for successful project implementations. Effectively interacting with a wide array of groups, from government bodies to local community organisations, recognising that their support is vital for project success. By clearly communicating the project's progress, benefits and potential impacts, I build trust and generate the consensus needed to move forward.
